The first Hebden Bridge Handmade Parade burst onto the streets on 19 July 2008.

HEADS worked in partnership with Thingumajig Theatre to deliver the ambitious and highly successful event that left the town gasping with amazement at the ‘Deluge of Delights’.

The workshops and parade were so successful that everyone who was involved agreed that the parade should become an annual event in the town and HEADS is currently raising funds to make this possible. Watch this space!

A big thank you to all the artists, volunteers, participants and many others who helped to make The Handmade Parade such a success.
