Volunteering with HEADS
Helping people who are interested in gaining more experience in
Community Arts is an important part of HEADS work and volunteers make a
valuable contribution to many of our projects.
Volunteers work alongside experienced artists and performers and assist with preparation, finishing and project delivery.
We also offer opportunities for volunteers to learn more about arts administration and come and help out in the office.
If you volunteer with HEADS you will be given support and supervision by HEADS staff and the artist leading the project.
We will reimburse your travel expenses and pay a contribution towards lunch if you work a full day session.
You will be required to undertake a CRB police check.
We are always looking for people with good people skills and some arts experience to assist with workshops and projects.
